What is RoundUp? How can I use this in my next interview?

RoundUp is a free Chrome extension you can install and add to your Google Meet that allows interviewers (e.g. hiring managers, executives, etc) to take notes and leave candidate review within Google Meet.

Reviews are written and submitted individually and once each attendee clicks on the "Submit" button from the extension inside Google Meet, all responses are filed under each interview entry in the Dashboard:

What can I get out of using RoundUp? How does this help my existing online interview process?

RoundUp is useful if you use Google Meet to conduct your online interviews. With a simple install, you can:

  • Save time asking, following up, or creating new surveys for employees to fill out after interviewing a candidate for an assessment.

  • No more manual tracking via Google Sheets, Google Forms or additional word documents. Evaluations are collected and organized automatically by time submitted, per candidate. 

  • Simply let your employees know the name of the candidate before going into an online interview and let them submit - and you'll see everyone's comments and ratings in Dashboard.
