Hiring decisions are among the most critical decisions made every day in business; so important that most companies have candidates interviewed in multiple rounds, with several people weighing in on hiring decisions. Add to that the challenge of conducting video interviews online, then collecting every interviewer’s comments and ratings of each candidate, all the way to making the final call, and the hiring process can end up quite a long, hairy journey.

In a recent survey of HR and Hiring Managers across Asia and the US by Wanted, over 70% of users professed they were quite happy with tools like Google Meet and Zoom for conducting video interviews of job candidates. But the number 1 “unmet need” by hiring managers was the ability to aggregate and see all the feedback given by previous interviewers of the same candidate in one place. Certainly makes sense, given most people are now working remotely, either full-time or in hybrid form-- and it’s difficult to catch up with previous interviewers on what they thought of a certain candidate.

So, the Wanted team decided to build a tool for all hiring teams who are interviewing and collaborating on hiring decisions virtually. In just a few short months, we built an easy-to-use video interview collaboration tool, and are super excited to introduce RoundUp!
With a simple download of the Extension on your Chrome browser, RoundUp invites you and your team to host hiring interviews on Google Meet, share interview evaluations right on the same screen where you’re interviewing, then view all interviewer comments and ratings in a single dashboard.
